Application – this is how the setup works

1. Activate: Open the pack, remove the warmer and pre-activate in the air for approx. 25 minutes.
2. Positioning: Do not place the warmer directly on the freight, but surround it with air-permeable filling material (paper/fleece).
3. Note the air supply: Do not use hermetically sealed casings – the warmer is air-activated.
4. Choose packaging: Thermobox or insulating inner sleeves prolong the insulation effect; in case of stronger cold, plan additional heaters.
5. Quality check: For critical freight, carry out a test shipment in the desired setup (box size, filling quantity, number of heaters).

Nature-based formula, easy disposal

The 110h Wärmer uses iron powder, water, vermiculite, activated carbon and salt. It activates on contact with air, can be used without electricity and is easy to dispose of after use.
