For Cold Application please place the compress in the freezer for 2 hours prior treatment.
It helps to relieve local pain and swelling. Application is indicated in case of acute inflammation of joints and muscles, blunt injuries, bruises, insect bites or stings and toothache.
Warm Application promotes local blood circulation and relieves tension.
The range of application is broad: muscle stiffness, back pains, and menstrual cramps. Place the compress in water at a temperature of up to 80°C for about 2 minutes or heat with microwave for 55 seconds at 600 watt. Warning: do not overheat the pack, it could explode in the microwave.
